Grow Union Retail   (West Chester, OH)

This is a new sales and service building for an existing dealership.  The building is constucted of a steel framed roof with metal stud walls at the sales building. The walls of the service building are concrete masonry with brick veneer.  The building is situated on the footprint of the old building and was constructed in two phases to allow the dealership to remain in operation throughout the demolition and construction.

This project was a renovation of an existing sales and service dealership.  The new cladding on the building is cast stone veneer and required large steel frames constructed in close proximity to the existing structure to support the weight of the new veneer.
