CASE STUDY

Structural Engineering for Lincoln Community Center

The Lincoln Community Center is a two-story, 20,000 sqft building featuring both conventional and pre-engineered metal building framing.

Despite its size, our structural design involved considerable complexities, including multiple framing styles, load-bearing concrete masonry walls, a steel beam composite slab, and a sloped roof entry.

Our team’s attention to detail and collaboration with the architect ensured the project’s success.

We worked with MT Studios.
