With nearly four decades of experience in structural engineering, Eugene has worked on projects ranging from $100,000 to $150 million across hospitality, commercial, higher education, mixed-use residential, healthcare, and industrial markets. Specializing in wood, concrete, steel, and masonry, he has a strong preference for high-rise concrete over metal decks supported by composite steel construction.
Beyond engineering, he also has experience in real estate, insurance, and as a certified professional ski instructor. In his free time, he enjoys dancing with his wife, whether it’s line dancing, patterned partner dancing, two-stepping, or swing dancing to country music.
