Isaac Staley
Structural Engineering Intern
Isaac is working toward his Architectural Engineering degree at the University of Cincinnati and plans to graduate in May 2026.
During three co-op rotations with us, he has learned about wood structural systems and residential load paths while gaining experience with many different design approaches.
He enjoys seeing how smart design choices and solid calculations turn plans into structures that can handle the forces of the real world.
When he is not working, Isaac stays active by playing on UC recreational soccer teams and spending time with friends.
