Nick Childs, EIT
Structural Engineer
Nick Childs is a Structural Engineer with nine years of experience designing commercial and residential buildings across a range of framing systems.
Nick specializes in wood construction methods but has extensive experience with steel, masonry, concrete, and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs).
He is an active member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC).
Outside of engineering, Nick teaches mathematics at Cincinnati State and tutors a variety of STEM subjects, including civil engineering, advanced math, and physics.
