Pinnacle Engineering provided the structural engineering design for the new Clifton Cultural Arts Center in Clifton, OH.

The three-story development spans 18,000 sq. ft. and includes multi-purpose classrooms, performance space, art galleries, and a green space rooftop.

The green roof features vegetation and a rooftop garden, reducing the urban footprint and enhancing environmental efficiency and friendliness.

The structural complexities of this project included a diverse range of brick materials and the challenge of avoiding columns at corners for aesthetic appeal, all within a steel frame structure.

The team successfully addressed a complex facade and the integration of different materials, bringing Emersion Design‘s architectural vision to life vision to life while ensuring structural integrity.
